Presently, there is no Community Hall/Building exist in Khar Surmo. Due to non-availability of community Hall/Building, community members are facing difficulties. It is imperative to have a suitable community Hall/Building for the community. FTK has been struggling for funding with government department and others for construction of a suitable community Hall. Community Hall facilitates assembling Community Members under one roof to discuss and solve their problems. Further, there will be ease to accommodate and brief the government and non-government officials, dignitaries, visitors who come here to discus and solve the issues of the community.
